The Learning Assistance Program  is operated by the University Counseling Center. It is designed to help struggling students with individual programs to meet their needs. The counseling process begins with a diagnostic interview and could include a series of achievement and ability tests to determine your strengths and weaknesses plus testing for learning disabilities. Additionally, the center provides instruction for all students, whether learning disabled or not, in such areas as improved reading, and note-taking techniques, and time-management through sessions at the Wellness Zone.
